No inbreeding
If you're going to name a lineage baby Primrose or the Tributes form the Districts of 1 to 11 from the 74th Hunger Games, then you may freeze them. But any other names please don't freeze them. A user is allowed to have one Primrose and the Tributes form the Districts 1 to 11. Other then that they all must be allowed to grow up and have a chance to survive.
PLEASE name them after a charter and/or things that remind you The Hunger Games books.
