Rasengan was originally an attack developed by the Fourth Hokage {Minato}. I thought that the Jaktus Dragon eggs looked pretty similar to the ball of chakra.. so, I decided to make this lineage. I have made a few other Naruto Lineages, they're called:

- of Inuzuka
- Orochimaru
