The Arbiters are a proud lineage of Etainian quetzalcoatls, founded by Palrieth and Odaraam. They can often be found within the same halls that the Reiters inhabit. They have been living there for as long as the family has existed, helping to babysit eggs and hatchlings within the nurseries and throughout the keep. Their wings prove extremely useful whenever they need to move around. Despite their fierce appearance members are actually rather tame, and they interact with humans and creatures alike daily on the job.
