From the Magic the Gathering Strixhaven set of cards, Quandrix is the school of patterns, fractals, and symmetries. Kianne, the elf scholar who can be casted for 2G, and Imbraham, the bird wizard who can be casted for 2UU are the progenitors of the next generation of aspiring Quandrix magi and mathemagicians, along with Tanazir Quandrix, the Arcavian elder dragon who founded the institution of Strixhaven.
If you name a Quandrix, try to aim for a mathematical term, a mathematician, a Quandrix MTG card or something in the Strixhaven lore. Best case scenario though I am able to name them after fractals, and the higher the gen the higher Hausdorff dimension of the fractal that the Vetus is named after.
