No one really knows where are the roots of Red Claw Family. The first Tenera Dogs of that lineage were traveling all over the world. We could see them even near our homes if we were lucky. They never stopped somewhere for more than several weeks, until now. Manerau and Maiana, proud and strong Teneras, were very sick when they appeared near the Stream. A stranger in black coat called Marta, saw them and took them to her house. Maiana got better quicker than her life mate, and decided to stay there and live between hoard of friendly, but dangerous-looking, creatures.
Now both of the Teneras are older. They worry about the future - what will happen when they leave? Will the history forget about such mystic creatures? Continuing a pure lineage of Tenera Dogs is then the right thing to do to keep them alive, even when the oldest ones go to better world. So the Magis will still be able to study them and maybe even take care of young puppies, making friendly relationships with them.
