The Deas are an ancient family of Direwolves, descending from two Direwolves named Ianus and Nenia, two Direwolves that affiliate themselves with darkness. Many of the family have been lost, and those here are the lucky ones who hold the family name.
The Direwolves of the Dea family do not breed with any other species but their own - a Dea Direwolf that has bred with a Manticore is likely to be shunned by the family. I myself do not care, but Ianus and Nenia do.
