Every day these beautiful long horn ibex get to graze at the mountain side, only once in a year will the rams battle it out to impress and breed with the females. Thanks to the leader of the herd the herd has survived a harsh winter and the ibex rates and high. Through the many battles he has won, he has succeeded his mission to mate with as many females as possible, but not only in his own herd but other herds too.
The horns drop off once ever year and their is a festival to see which is the longest, biggest, best horn the magi's ibex can produce. The horns also make a good healing substance and wild ibex and slaughtered if they are not branded and owned by one magi.
