Mistold is a family of Direwolves who are known for playing pranks and telling lies to other creatures. Offspring get this from their Progenitors. Sabath was blind and once tricked by a Hellhound. He was tricked into thinking a Direwolf hatchling wondered into the Silva Forest, and went after the imaginary hatchling. Little did he know that he would get attacked by a pack of wild Direwolves. Scarred up and in pain, he became cold, and only showed affection towards his mate, Nydia. He would get into fights almost every day.
These Direwolves are strong and fierce. They are stubborn and are often seen getting into fights with other creatures. It is very rare to see one of these wolves being affectionate towards another Direwolf; and even more rare to see one being affectionate towards their Magi. If a Magi does succeed in building a good relationship with a Mistold Direwolf, they will find that it can be a very good companion to bring on journeys.
