Legend has it that there is a clan that lives in harmony with Telvian Panthers. They are intelligent, wise, and generous. The legend says if you go deep into Raza on a clear night when the moon is full a mist unlike any other will slowly appear. A beautiful lady with catlike grace will come from that mist. She is the Queen the one they call TopazMist and she is the head of the Mists of Topaz family.
