A screech overhead pierces the calm morning as a Gryphon emerges from its den. The sun peeks over rolls in the hills as dewdrops from a fresh rain sparkle in the pale sunlight. Blades of grass sway in the wind as a cool breeze flows past. Fish under a nearby pond dart in different directions as a Gryphon hatchling plunges into it, casing ripples into the cool water. A small Gryphon egg lays hidden in a daisy patch, a protective mother watching guard close by.
