The Birdcat family is one of four notable families to live near Birdcat Village, and the one after whom the village is named. They have a friendly rivalry with the Catbirds, who feel that the town should really have been named after them. Members of the Birdcat family don't take themselves very seriously, and don't expect anyone else to take them seriously either. Birdcat creatures often take human companions, and look for those with a similar light-hearted outlook on life.
This family is open to absolutely anything that can be bred in.
