I did have a question actually...
By "winner" does it mean the creature itself or the user who created it?

I'm asking this because you could choose three users who are winners and create more than one of their suggested creatures (if they created more than one and obviously not creating ALL the ones they submitted). So, in the end more than three creatures could [possibly] be Magistream user created through this contest? Even though there will still only be three users who are "winners".

...Or am I just being way too hopeful and it is each individual creation itself that is the "winner"?

You probably need to clear up on the announcment post that "unique creature" includes real life creatures. Everyone keeps arguing about it.

Can the same person win with more than one creature? I hope not unless that counts as only one winner anyway

Can we suggest colour or gender variation on our creature?
