Re: Tyleran OOC
Sure! I'll add it in the morning.
Now I'll go to bed. I was hit with the realization that I had posted my forms in the wrong thread, just as I was about to fall asleep...sigh

Re: Tyleran OOC
This would be the first public roleplay I've been in for the past year and a half. I just couldn't resist.
I've got a dwarf in mind, but he's more Tolkien-ish, since I didn't really know what else to go by. I hope that's okay?

Re: Tyleran OOC
Are there any coastal areas? I just realized I didn't see one listed and while not super important, my boy is from a coastal region. I can change that if you need me to, however.

I wasn't quite sure how necromancers actually practiced, do they tend to hang around cemeteries, or is there another way for them to get into contact with the dead?
Also let me know if I need to change anything... :3

Name: Thorn Leithe
Spoiler
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Race: Elf
Class: Archer
Appearance: 6'2 Thorn has rather untamed, golden blonde hair. It is unusually wavy, and often pulled into a half ponytail. At its longest it reaches his shoulders, but it was clearly cut unevenly. His eyes are a cool grey, and his skin is rather pale, despite being outside a lot.
He seems to constantly wear a cheeky grin, has a necklace made of seashells around his neck, and has a preference for blues. His skin is nearly flawless except for a nasty scar over his left eye, and another scar starting from the top right of his face, ending on his lower left cheek and going across the bridge of his nose. He is lean and very much has a swimmer's body.
Personality: horn is a cheeky, flirtatious, reckless man. He will flirt and tease anyone and everyone. He is a go getter, and does not stop doing what he wants unless physically restrained. Generally good-natured and far from mean, the blonde generally doesn't know when to shut his mouth.
He has a short fuse but few things make him truly angry. He is rather laid back and care-free but fiercely loyal. He can be a bit crude, and very brash. He acts as if he's got something to prove but no one to prove it to. He often gets dejected when no one cares about a stunt he pulled, and is has gotten into trouble with authority on more than one occasion due to his reckless nature.
He doesn't know when to shut up, and despite being a good guy deep down, he's almost more trouble then he's worth.
History: Thorn grew up in a small village off a coastal region, somewhere near the north. It was a small fishing village, and a rather poor one. Thorn had grown up with his mother, a woman from from a more wooded area, and his father, a seaman at heart. He also had two older sisters, and a younger brother, making Thorn the oft- forgotten child. This suited him perfectly because he was a mischief maker, and it was easier to get away with things when no one was paying attention.
Thorn had left his home at the age of 18, to travel, but still visits occasionally.
Alignment(Good? Bad? Neutral?): Chaotic good, probably
Crush: N/A
Lover: N/A (unless "everyone" counts x3)
Other: He's pretty open minded towards others, being incredibly laid back if a little crazy.

History: Thorn grew up in a small village off a coastal region, somewhere near the north. It was a small fishing village, and a rather poor one despite being relatively close to Valeban. Their village had the tendency to get overlooked by some of the larger villages nearby.

Name: Mathilde Valerio
Spoiler
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Race: Human
Class: Mage; Necromancer
Appearance: Mathilde is a small young woman standing at roughly 5'1. She has dark black hair that sits just around her chin, and bright blue eyes. She is small all around. She has little curve to her body, and she could quite easily pass for a pre-teen girl if one didn't know her true age.
She has rather pale skin, and a preference for clothing in dark purples and greys. She always wears boots, sturdy and thick.
Mathilde has a round face rather bushy eyebrows, hidden mostly by bangs that hang just past her forehead.
Personality: Mathilde is a surprisingly sweet young woman. Despite her overall dark appearance and preference for dark arts, she enjoys other peoples company, and does her best to be friendly and accommodating to all.
She tends to treat everyone kindly and can be rather easily taken advantage of. She tends towards being shy, and isn't one to start conversations, though she'll quickly join one if invited.
She can be a rather poor judge of character, but despite this if she feels threatened or in anyway fearful of a situation, she is capable of using her abilities to get out of the situation. She tends to use her powers defensively, distracting others with the undead, or hiding amongst them if she has enough of an 'army' to hide herself amongst their ranks.
There is something that is slightly 'off' about her, almost as if she's too shy or kind. It's hard to tell if it's an act, or if she's just naturally sweet and shy. She is clearly very into her magic, and has a rather strange fondness for the dead. Regardless she is a capable necromancer, and knows when and how to use her abilities.
History: Mathilde grew up in a relatively small house in Veleban. Her parents were quite rich, and they had paid good money to have their daughter tutored in the arts of magic. Hoping for something delicate like Spirit magic, the tutor had a preference for the dark arts of necromancy, something Mathilde found absolutely fascinating.
Though her parents found it in poor taste, they allowed their daughter to continue her studies. Until she was about 16, after which Mathilde started distancing herself from her parents. One day she had taken her things and moved to a small village, in a smaller house, in Grets, and though she still keeps in contact with her family, Mathilde has been doing what she can to broaden her skills from anyone she can.
Alignment(Good? Bad? Neutral?): Neutral, and she can easily be swayed in either direction.

There we go. I might edit it later, since I'm writing this from my phone.
Spoiler
Username: Cyrelijean
Name: Raggan (pronounced rAHgan) Stonebranch
Gender: Male
Age: 45
Race: Dwarf
Class: Warrior
Appearance: Raggan looks like most dwarves, he is short (though rather tall for a dwarf), compact and entirely made out of muscle and bad manners. His eyes are an unnerving shade of green, almost like the precious gems he has worked with before switching trade. His rather unkempt black hair is kept in a short and loose pony tail, with a few intricate braids to keep the hair out of his face. Raggan keeps his beard short and manageable, aside from two short moustache braids, and a slightly longer chin braid (think Fili from The Hobbit). His skin is tanned from many years under the sun, and it is also scarred from many years of hard and dangerous work. His voice is deep and rich, without being outright gravelly or harsh. He is rather good at singing, contrary to his appearance.
He wears a standard set of dwarven heavy armor, though it is more engraved and decorated than usual and he has a dark green cloak rimmed with bear fur, presumably from a bear he killed himself. He wears no helmet. His casual clothes involve loose pants, loose shirts and boots, as well as some hybrid light armor reminiscent of a chainmail shirt, and sometimes he might even bother to put on a jacket. He also has some finer dwarven clothing, but it is rarely worn outside of holidays, festivities or among the higher ends of society.
Personality: Raggan is, by human and elven standards, court and somewhat brutish in his manner. It is not uncommon for a dwarf, though. Raggan can sometimes be a little suspicious of others, as well as overly protective. His trust is hard earned and often won through battle and proving oneself to be strong or capable, though good food, drink and company will help win his affections. He has very strong ideals and morals, and once he has made a decision, he cannot be swayed. He has a short temper, though it shows itself in snide remarks or quiet grumbling, unless the receiving end is an enemy. Raggan would have no qualms hacking someone to bits if he thinks they deserve it. He isn't too fond of elves nor humans, but it won't hinder any cooperation between him and others. Raggan, in difference to others of his kind, do not think magic to be lesser. Due to his travels, he has seen many who wield magic, and he knows it is capable of much destruction. Therefore, he has the utmost respect for magic.
History: Raggan was born into a long-lasting family of smiths and makers of jewellery. He was raised as such, and worked with gems and precious metals for a few years, before he grew restless and decided to become a warrior instead. He also changed his name to Raggan, as it was easier for elves and humans to remember, and it fit him better than Arkngthamz. He was satisfied with his new trade, and with time his achievements brought him respect and much skill with the axe. Through his life he has had few romantic relationships, none spanning more than a year or two. The most notable was another dwarf warrior, with whom Raggan traveled and fought for a year and a half. After the death of his husband, Raggan decided love was too cumbersome and difficult for him to deal with, so he distanced himself from any such relationships.
Alignment(Good? Bad? Neutral?): (Chaotic) Good
Crush: None
Lover: None
Other: Raggan fights with a two handed axe, though he also has skills with a range of other weapons, such as spears, maces, swords and some skill with archery. He relies on his axe above all else, though. He has no sense for magic, like many other dwarves.
