You saved a lot of you art as JPG's, just copy the image, and paste it into paint, and you will see what happened. I would recommend using pictures as references, the legs are distorted, for the Lucky Cat, I recommend, this position:
On the green cat, I recommend redoing the sprite, the ears are too big, the tail is too long, the head is a watermelon compared to the body, and the legs are out of place. It lacks proper anatomy
The JPG makes it hard to see if you shaded at all, shading is a proper element in sprites, you need light sources.
Sorry, if I seemed rude, when I am asked to critique, I don't go easy on anybody!
And no need to have 5000 bumps!
