Is Santa Claus real?
Can the Reindeer fly?
Is it all true?
Why?
What is it about Christmas that makes us all smile?
Is it the fact that after a while
We start to get bored with our job
or our school
or our home
and we need something to do?
Or is it just a present-giving day,
A gift from me to you?
And why do we give presents anyway?
I mean, I'm glad
That we do, it makes me happy
And clears away the sad,
But why throughout the year
Do we feel so bad?
Christmas seems to dissapate
All of the anger, the greed and the hate
of the previous year
It replaces it all
With holiday cheer.
