Aiden followed Raven's pointing finger and found the bowls. He grabbed one for him and one for her, then he filled her's up about half way before dropping the spoon into it and carefully carrying it over to her.
"Here you are then." he said, handing it down to her "It's hot, so be careful." he warned.

Kieran finished his job, then he strung the meat on a spit and set it over Tami's fire "Did you rest well last night?" he asked, just to make conversation. He hadn't slept exceptionally well. He had stayed up most of the night, talking with Aiden, then he spent the rest of it tossing and turning in his bed, thinking about Tami.

Raven watched as Aiden got two bowls to put the soup in and then took the one that he gave to her after having filled it half-way.
"Thank you and I'll be careful," she said with a nod before taking the first careful bite of the delicious soup that old lady Myrtle made for her.

"Yes I did," Tami said in reply to Kieran's question while watching him string up the meat he had skinned over the fire that she had made. "How about you? Did you sleep well?"
She only asked the questions that she did since she thought it was both right and polite to do so since he had asked her. She was also just curious to know how he had slept if he wanted to share it with her.

Aiden sipped more of his soup as he studied Raven "How are you feeling this morning?" he asked "You look a little better. Not quite as pale..."

Kieran sighed "I slept...eh, okay...when I finally fell asleep." he answered "But I've slept better." he cleared his throat "Wanna go on patrol with me later today?"

"I'm feeling a little better but I did wake up feeling a bit dizzy," Raven said in reply to Aiden's question after swallowing another bite of the soup/broth that he had brought over for her. "I don't feel as dizzy now, though so I think eating the soup is helping."

"If you don't mind me asking what made you not sleep as well as nights that you have slept well?" Tami asked even after hearing Kieran clear his throat which probably meant that he had wanted to change the subject.
She was just curious to know why he hadn't slept very well but if he didn't want to say, that was okay. She then looked up from staring at the fire to have her attention be on him again when she heard his other question.
"Sure I'd love to," she said in reply to it with a smile on her face.

Aiden nodded "Good!" he finished off what was in his bowl, then he set it down next to the sink "I will probably be running patrol by myself today." he said with a heavy sigh "Kieran will be running his route with Tami." he rolled his eyes and crossed his arms "He's all twitterpated with her."

Kieran turned the meat on the spit and sighed before answering Tami's question "Well, Aiden and I spent a long time talking. He was a little upset by this turn of events." he pointed between him and Tami "But he warmed up to the thought quickly, so then he just had a lot of questions." Kieran yawned "And then I spent the rest of the night thinking about things. I had a lot on my mind."

Raven finished the rest of her soup shortly after Aiden did, carefully got up, and then headed to the sink to put her own bowl next to his, and then listened to everything that he said afterward.
"I can go with you if you'd like me to," she offered with a small shrug of her shoulders. "I'm feeling much better after having old lady Myrtle's soup. Just let me know when you're thinking of going and I'll be ready to join you."
You have someone who's twitterpated with you as well, she added in her mind. Me. She didn't say what she said in her mind aloud since she was still too shy to say it but she figured that she would soon. Just not right then.

"Ah and that's good," Tami said in reply and understanding to Kieran's first two statements before hearing the rest of what he said.
She just nodded in reply to the last few statements he said and then just watched the meat cook over the fire afterward since she didn't know what else to say in order to keep the conversation going.

Aiden looked at Raven carefully "I would like the company, but I don't want you to stress yourself out." he said, putting a hand on her shoulder "If you are certain you feel up to it... we would take it slow."

"I don't think I'll stress myself out too much with a little patrolling and taking it slow would be a good idea I think," Raven said in reply to Aiden's statements that he said with a small nod in both agreement and understanding about taking it slow.

later that day...

Raven was walking beside Aiden in wolf form in the woods on their patrol, looking around their surroundings closely to see if she could spot any danger in the trees beyond their current position. She was walking slowly so as to take it easy and not to go too fast so that she wouldn't get dizzy again or worse.

Tami was walking with Kieran on her own patrol with him also in wolf form as well as looking around their surroundings. She hadn't been on a patrol with him before so she was kind of excited about it as well as a little nervous about doing something that she might regret later such as something really embarrassing but she hoped that she wouldn't do anything like that.

Aiden walked deliberately slow for Raven's comfort. At the start, he thought he might get bored, because normally he and Kieran jog through their whole patrol, but he was amazed that he actually found the slow pace refreshing.... and he was becoming increasingly fascinated with how her black, glossy coat swayed with her movement.
"Nice day, isn't it?" he asked, breaking the silence. Normally, he was silent on his "patrol runs", but today he figured he could relax a little.

Kieran found that he was highly distracted today on his patrol, since Tami was accompanying him. She seemed incredibly focused though, which was okay, because that gave him more opportunity to stare at her without her noticing.
"I'm pretty sure everything is going to be quiet after last night's fiasco." he finally said in a soft voice.

"Yes it is," Raven said in reply to Aiden's question before she looked over at him and smiled a little bit and then looked ahead of them once more afterward.
She hoped that they wouldn't have another run-in with bobcats or worse but it was always good just to go on frequent patrols such as the one they were on just to make sure that they wouldn't have any surprises. It was better to be safe than sorry at times and she definitely didn't want a big cat to sneak up on them or their tribemates since that would be bad.

Tami was so very focused on what she was doing that she didn't notice Kieran staring at her and that he seemed to be a little bit distracted by her presence accompanying him on his patrol this time instead of his brother. She only briefly glanced at him when she heard his soft statement but then looked around them again shortly afterward.
"Me too but it's good just to make sure every once in awhile just to be safe that nothing's going to sneak up on us or our tribemates," she said. "That would not be good at all."
