The donate button up at the top of screen next to 'world' ya donate there. donate I think you need a paypal account though for it to work(which of course means you need some form of Credit card, at least if you're Canadian or American)

You have to donate a certain amount(either 10$ or 20$) to get the purple name and perks. Dunno if it has to be all at once or if it can be cumulative.

It's cumulative. At they have to donate at least $10.
