Appearance: Seoul is a regular guy with a pistol. He wears a hooded red cloak and carries a staff that drains the blood out of his victims and feeds it to himself. He also has pretty short hair, almost bald.
Personality: Kills whoever he meets, no questions asked. Also stuck a flag on the other side of the mirror. "I claim this place as my own!" Sorry, CaSeSeNsiTiVe has been shot.
