I've got a child's blanket that was meant to be a baby blanket for my great niece. She's almost a year old now and I'm stalled on the last section... On the plus side the pattern came out much bigger than I anticipated, so it'll probably be usable for her until she's about 6. I just have to finish working it out.

The blankets that I'm making are for babies, but the can be used as a lap afghan when they get older.

Oh, crafting store, that's awesome. Yeah I like handmade and unique items, too. We just discussed this yesterday with my colleagues that we should sell handmade souvenirs, instead of the ugly mass products. Would make more sense since we are in the eco-tourism sector. Unfortunately the directorate is pretty stubborn. We have connections with craftsmen, so that's not the problem.

I have never joined a guild before. Is there something specific that I need to do? I am very glad that we have a place to stay in touch. The competition was so much fun. I will continue to breed 2nd gen, non inbred Predawn Chill for those that would want one.

Thank you, I could have made that into a doll blanket if i wanted to but decided on the scarf style instead.

been busy doing other stuff now that I have the time.
Haven't done much more breeding but I am planning to get my part of the family to a higher gen sometime soon, at least now I can do it in my own time and not worry about the comp.
