I don't think we can do that, considering then CiM would be rooted in things from other sources, and if we made new drugs, we'd have to go into all the chemistry behind them. But there will probably be new antibiotics since diseases are becoming increasingly resistant. Certain types of antibiotics (probably illegal in the U.S.) can be nasty if used over a long period of time. My dad is an ear doctor and he's told me about a strain of antibiotics used primarily in China that causes hearing loss.
