Yeah, Levi is at thebhide out now, only problem was he was talking to someone, but then used hasn't been on. Any ideas as to what I should do with him? (I don't know if having Levi kill the other chapter is an appropriate solution , or if there's an alternative?)

Name: Raphael Creper
Age: Appears to be in his mid twenties.
Gender: Male
Species: Vampire (Founder)
Appearance: Raphael has long, thick silky black hair, fair skin and hazel eyes often devoid of emotion. He's lean, sinewy and lanky in build, but what he lacks in physicality he compensates for in wisdom and resilience. He sports a vertical labret and a variety of ear cuffs that he switches out daily. On occasion, he'll wear a homemade "witch's hat" decorated with red ribbons, buckles and chains. When not wearing his hat, he keeps his hair pinned back with bat themed hair clips. He also wears a number of studded and/or spiked leather cuffs.

Raphael's wardrobe predominantly consists of shirts with draping or raglan sleeves and hi-low backs, tank tops featuring skulls, flyaway cardigans featuring a wide variety of prints (usually skulls or celestial) and jeans. When traveling during the day, he wears a hooded white cloak. He also brings a white, custom painted umbrella with him and wears a pair of thick sunglasses. He sports a bandana, of which he uses as a face mask, and white gloves as well.
Personality: However curious he may be, Raphael is not naive to the ways of the world. He's witnessed more atrocities and tragedies than any mortal would be damned enough to see; as a result, he steadily began to withdraw from even his own kin and, rather than interfering, settled for watching the affairs of mankind unfold from the shadows. He became very perceptive, and in turn he steadily grew wary of the company and motives of others. Raphael often comes off as distrustful because of this.

Though wise beyond his years, he prefers to wear an aloof, stoic and grim facade rather than act as the wise man he has the potential to be. Raphael is a master instigator, evidently finding amusement in making lighthearted, albeit sardonic jokes and remarks at another's expense. However, he understands that there's a time and a place for everything and recognizes when to can it—although he may not relent in his childish antics so willingly.

He often jokes that his "religion" is the predictably of mankind, as the only thing he genuinely has faith in is their ignorance and ability to constantly repeat history. Despite this, he often finds himself intrigued by their struggles and ambition—and envious, even, since crossing off items on his bucket list lost any meaning in the face of his immortality. He's especially fascinated by how far technology has come, and how ridiculous and insufferable humanity can be.

Particular marks: Has a tattoo of a barn owl in flight on his chest.
Other: Travels with a ferret named Astraeus, of whom can be found either perched on his shoulders or nestled in his [Raphael's] shirts when on-the-go. Information is subject to change!

Everyone: I went on a journey last wednesday, and will not be home until... the 23 I think? I thought I was going to have good internet here but:

A) my phone's connection is not working.
B) this place's WiFi is PAINFULLY SLOW. REALLY. IT HURTS. It makes me want to set something on fire.

I'd say you guys just go ahead and post like we skipped some time. The RP's next setting should be around 4PM (4 hours away from full moon). Shifters should normally be in the hideout, preparing for the night's events.

I'll make a flashback replying to Lance (and the PM thingy) when I get better WiFi TwT. Hopefully in the next hotel!

I...still don't know what to do with Levi (@Akuneko The problem is he was in the middle of a thing, even if someone else came in to converse with him and his lady friend I still have to do something about ArtoriusIV's character. (I realize I left them hanging, which I feel awful about, but the point still stands, they haven't been on at all since September it seems, and I need to free my character ._.). I don't want to Godmod Markus without permission from Solara at the very least =/.

I could probably finagle a post for Effie and Eight, at the very least... Maaaaybe... =/ X3 Or maybe I'll wait until Solara gets back? *shrugs*
