Better than 100 000/year because of the bank interest - I will save my million in the bank and there would be the interest - for example 1 % mean 10 000 bucks/year - good! :-)

Million on the spot.
I could get my family out of this apartment and get a beautiful house out of state. Purchase a second house to rent out, to generate some regular income. Put some away for the kids/savings. And go on a small vacation :)
