Yeah, I'd live to read that story.
My first character ever was a black dragon named Tara. I was probably like... four years old when I came up with her? My first human-like character was actually Sylius, who I entered into the original WCIYS RP. I think that I came up with him about four years ago, when my step-cousin showed me some vampire anime and got me hooked on the supernatural theme. Back then, he was a vampire-werewolf hybrid, which has changed a lot. He's now some odd race, and Alex's arch-nemesis.That story was pretty funny, I'll try to find it if I can. I wrote it in about grade six, when I was homeschooling. Basically, Alex went up to someone's house, knocked on the door, and when someone answered he shot them dead and buried them in their back yard. I think that it ended with him getting captured by the cops after going on a killing spree.
Also her eyes change color depending on her mood.

Wow, you remember making a character at four? I can't remember that far, LOL. But I do know that about every single plastic animal and dinosaur, stuffed animal, Lego and Playmobil have different personalities and have been played in one or more stories. Because I noticed that long before I even knew how to type I was making stories with the countless hours I spent in my room playing with my toys. The most memorable set of stories was based around a Jurassic Park spinosaurus action figure named Spiny and his herd of many different dinos. Goodness those were fun times. 
Unfortunately I can't come up with names for my life, haha. Google might be able to help you though. That's what I use for all my character names. :3
I don't remember all of my toys, since there were so many, but I did have an awful lot of dinosaurs and dragons which I played with a lot. And then my sister, who's two years older than me, had a bunch of horses that she made me play with, when I would much rather be having my dragons chewing the heads off of soldiers. So I basically did the same thing that you did. I remember that one in specific was a snake kidnapping a velociraptor.
