What's your favorite vegetable?

Potatoes. You can do so much with them! Then again, there's also garlic... gahhh I don't know :(

That's a tough one because what one considers a vegetable changes so much from person to person. I personally consider garlic a spice rather than a vegetable even though I'm crazy about it and use it in almost everything I make.

I'd have to say either broccoli or peas. I actually never went through the stage most kids do and I've always like broccoli.

Broccolini is one of my favorite veggies. We've been cooking a lot of kale recently as well.

I'm a huge fan of potatoes and sweet potatoes, but I am tempted to call them a starch rather than vegetable. I also love winter squash (acorn, delicata, kabocha, pumpkin).

Our recently passed pup LOVED green beans. I've never seen a dog that excited for a vegetable. For a little bit we were growing them in the yard and it was a real joy to run around the yard and practice obedience moves with freshly picked green beans.

Asparagus is a good one, I espcially like Spargel, which is white and purple. I'd have to say though that if we are strictly sticking to technical vegetables, I'd have to say broccoli. I even liked it when I was little.

I would fight someone for good pickled artichoke hearts and grilled zucchini.

Carrots, kale and corn are my favourite vegetables! I especially like baby carrots, they're a good food to snack on.
