Boil. When water is 210F degrees hot or hotter, death is VERY quick. Freezing takes hours. HOURS.

I put freezing, I think it would be less painful, and at least fishies or whatever could eat my remains.

not necessarily, depending on the temp, never said what tempature it had to be, if it was cold enough we'd die instantly.
