"I know what you are~" I say to the little pup in my hands.
She growls at me.
"I know you must be quite scared, so young and all alone, where is your mothe-"
"Oh dear..." There, half buried in sand and all torn up, lay the body of an adult Grassland Moon Wolf.
I bury the rest of the body and bring the pup back with me to the Moon Wolf Palace.
