Egg:
This egg has stripes and an orange bushy tail.
Hatchling:
As the hatchling wobbles out of its egg, you stare at it in amazement...it is much smaller than normal hatchlings. It comes up to you whining, so you decide to feed it beetles and lizards from its natural habitat, the Etain Desert, which it seems to enjoy immensely. As the aardwolf snuggles up close for warmth, you admire its sleek, striped coat and long legs. With a flick of its bushy tail, it dozes off.
Adult:
The small little Etainian Aardwolf has gradually grown into a beautiful adult. It is still very small in size, coming up only to your knee, and still relies on you for love, comfort, and attention. Sometimes, however, it wanders off and sun bathes on rocks, enjoying the warmth. It also enjoys playing in the sand, and burying food it finds in it, which you unfortunately step on once in a while.
General: Etainian Aardwolves are native to the Etain Desert, and though they are small, a pack of them could take down a fully-trained magi. Unless raised and trained, they will fight almost anything with tooth and claw for no reason at all, because of their love of battle. Etainian Aardwolves sharpen their claws on the sun-baked rocks of the Etain Desert, and are born with a full set of glinting teeth.

I spent hours on the sprite, and I hope you believe me when I say that I did the adult sprite by myself...almost. It's a pixel-over of a photograph, as I'm no good at positions. But the lineart, the shading, coloring, everything like that is 100% by me. Tell me what you think, guys!
The adult's for visual purposes, because it obviously won't be used if it wins.
