How do you get so many random things to happen? Skyrim's been playing like a fairly normal RPG for me so far, though admittedly a very expansive one, with quest after quest. Aside from the occasional dragon attack, nothing too out there has happened yet

I LOVED the Dark Brotherhood quests. I was quite sad about the ending. I won't post much about it, but it's rather depressing.

I found the Drinking Challenge guy. He's in the Bannered Mare in Whiterun.

Go into bars and inns and listen to people that you pass. You'll probably hear someone say something like "you look like you could hold your liquor" or whatever.

The more you play and talk with random people, the more random shit that happens. Exploring helps, especially in the outside of large cities, like Riften.

I loved it as well, and was actually surprised it ended that way. I wasn't expecting it. I was also hoping the death of the emperor would have done more to affect the world, but ah well. I can see how it really wouldn't since...we're in Skyrim >_>
