I don't look down on people that hoard certain pets, but it does frustrate me to see someone with, say, 50 B-eyed galaxies when I and many other people can't even find one. So basically I don't think anyone's a bad person for hoarding, but it might make me jealous if it's a hard to get pet that I want. Perhaps that's why there's such a negative view on hoarding? A lot of younger people getting jealous, and putting that jealousy towards anger?
I support hoards of non extremely rare pets completely, though. It gives players another goal to work towards and provides a larger market for pets that can be harder to trade for.

Exactly, I don't think it's right for people to hoard rares and such. It's just not fair to those who are unable to find people willing to trade them. And for someone like myself, who's trying to get all the dogs, I can't really get anything that's rare or very rare because A) I don't have pets anyone wants and B) people that hoard the rare ones make it so hard. And my dreamie is the Black Advent. So yeah. :/
If I were to hoard, it wouldn't be because it's rare, but because I like the sprite.
But would I be seen as greedy and bad for it, if I refused to trade them away?

Just out of interest, those of you who think it's wrong to hoard rares, does that apply to the pets that get re-classed at a later date? I'm curious. xDD;

I just think that rares and very rares that are hard to get shouldn't be hoarded. At any time. I just think it's unfair to those who would do anything to get these pets but the people won't trade them off.

I don't have a problem with hoarding rares as I have a problem with the people who hoard rares. A lot of them are older adults who spend their free time scamming/ninja trading little kids/COPPA'D users because they have no lives and sdlkgjdfklgjh I have a lot of feels about this matter. The re-releases were a shitfest and apparently there were general helpers and mods running around ninja-trading and manipulating and ew bad taste. Funny thing to note: when you take a look at the drama on SC, you see them getting all snippy about being put on the spotlight/disliked, but none of them even bother actively trying to deny anything. assholes

Anyone here get the lighting bug but not the cat or the dragon for chinese new year? I got 2 cats and 2 dragons but no bug (which turns into a winged wolf one of my faves) and am willing to trade one for one.
