Are all kinds of pets available in the pound when it's open? Maybe I can get my dreamie there. xD

Yeah, all types. 'Pound' is actually an account that Tess runs; you can see its pets here.
The adoptions group is the pets that are currently in the pound. Or, if you see the message "The pound will open in x amount of time", you can go check the adoptions group to see what pets will be available in that pound opening.

Actually, wait. I just checked and there's a group I've never seen before, called "for next opening." Well, I guess that's pretty self-explanatory. xD

Also, when you're viewing someone's pet group, you can add &pageSize="however many pets you want to view on a page" to the end of a URL. So that's what I do when I look at the pound's available pets for adoption, since I want to see them all at once. I always scroll down to the very bottom first...

I traded for the orange so now I have gotten ALL CNY pets
Last time I got a bunny from the pound, once the 24hr CD is done, I'm aiming for lions, hamsters/dragons and older model pets Setting goals makes it easier to snag, instead of waiting until time and pets run out and still not have anything ;D

Wow, I made it the pound for the last 34 pets. There were nothing but rats and spiders left.

I had it set to wishlist. . .those are all on my wishlist or were when they offered. I had to open up my trades so I could get the polar bear dog which I can't wishlist yet. I'll cancel that trade then. I didn't think it was fair either but I don't know what PPS's are worth.

The same as any other pet. It's not random, it's preset, so I value them the same as the regular pets.

ETA: What would you guys think if I made a sort of Easter Egg hunt? We got little eggs last year that I can hide on my pets (don't worry, I wouldn't put them too hidden; first ten pages of all groups except the Extras). But what could I offer as a prize?

That sounds like fun! .... I have no idea so far as prize, though.

I find that PPS to be rather ugly lol I just wanted a complete collection and they don't have that dog. Dogs are more than horses in popularity. Oh well. I just don't get this game in trades.
