I realised that I have a bit more money left on my card until the next scholarship payment (which is due at the end of the week) and got some C$. Let's see if I can track down that elusive foal with the promise of a store pet or a costume set. Because I dunno, I just want to see if this works.

Yup it's fine, I've had my own thread for awhile. Getting people to trade you specific pets is fairly hard but just aiming for general wishlist pets it's a good place to be. Also you can bump pretty much as often as you like.

I find it kinda rude that I request one pet from an adoption thread, they confirm the trade but include an ominous "Donate" in the message.
I mean, I've received one request to donate in a trade message before, but that was on a thread I had visited one or twice before and they asked me to "consider" donating, but this...
No donations for you.

It's not like I never donate anything, in fact, I recently tossed a handful of pets at an adoption thread where I knew I'd come back because they had several things on my wishlist.
