This story came to be from the Crimson Dragon Clan, so you may be a little more familiar with the characters if you are a Clan Dragon...
The background is: Our Clan Leader, RoyalPrinceChai, goes out hunting in his Arkenian territory. He returns with scratches and minor wounds from a band of Arkenian sunbeasts. The next morning, he tries again-- but this time his wounds are deep, scarring, and infection may set in. He can hardly stand, and his mate, Esme, is furious when she finds out.
This story starts off as Namyre {as Namyre}, SheWolfWarrior {as Shakira}, JadaNae {as Diosa}, and the miscellaneous character: Nagendra, leave the Cove to do battle. As they just fly off, Namyre jets an enormous bolt of lightning, warning the sunbeasts to scamper off before they are killed mercilessly...

Re: Crimson Dragon Bloodshed
Crimson Dragon Bloodshed
Up, into the sky, the thunderbolt lanced from Namyre's maw, as she imagined it going way up to strike the atmosphere. No creature shall disrespect my leader! She screeched inside her mind. She, Diosa, Shakira and Nagendra were heading toward the Arkene territory to bring down the Arkenian Sunbeast that had harmed Lord Chai.
The four dragons had to travel along the river for the sake of Diosa, a water serpent. She could travel on land, but not for very long before her scales dried and started to crack.
The dragons traveled swiftly northward, a blur to the eyes of any lesser creature. Namyre was in the lead, a show of being an Air-Lightning dragon, the speed coming under her wings as easily as sniffing. Shakira was right behind, her black wolf-like fur rippling in the intense wind. Nagendra was just beside her, his large wings not a human meter away. Below them, Diosa's bright scales could be seen below the surface of the river, and she leapt from the waves from time to time, her enormous frills reflecting the gleam.
At last, the air became cooler on their noses, a sign that Arkene was not far off. The airborne dragons dropped into a swift dive, meeting at Diosa's level. A faint glimmer of snow could be seen by their keen eyes on the distant mountains. They sped on.
_______________________________________________
The four dragons were now racing over the snow. The frozen water was safe for Diosa, her legless body snaking over the trillions of flakes of ice.
The dragons soon came upon the Arkene territory; evergreens, bare pines, and a few boulders dotting the landscape. Mountains could be seen in the distance, growing bigger by the second. It wasn't long before they found themselves in a wide valley, and the earth smelled faintly of Chai, as it was stained with his blood. It was here where he was confronted by the band of Arkenian Sunbeasts.
As if the thought summoned them, a full hoard of the blue lions wove their way out of the woods and stones, smoothly surrounding the dragons. There had to be at least a hundred.
Namyre steps foward, taking charge. "Why have you settled in our territory?" She growls harshly.
The biggest Sunbeast, presumably the leader, steps closer and hisses, "Your territory? I do believe you are misstakenn. Thiss land belongss to uss." His language was heavily accented, and with a bit of a drawl. "Leave now if you wish to keep your livess."
Now, most dragons can stay level-headed in a conflict, but this snapped some nerves. Shakira's fur fluffs out to make her appear bigger as she shouts, "You have nearly KILLED our leader! All over a plot of snow and a few measly RABBITS?!"
The big Sunbeast ignores her tone and taunts, "That old sswathe of sscaless is your leader? I had presumed a more honorable among dragonss."
Diosa expands her frill and raises her upper body off the ground like that of a cobra about to strike and hisses back, "You dare speak of honor, whilst you don't possess the slightest inkling!"
Namyre unfolds her wings and mocks, "LEAVE THIS LAND NOW IF YOU WISH TO KEEP YOUR LIFE!"
The leader Sunbeast snarls, then unleashes a horribly loud roar. The enormous ring of Arkenian cats surges foward, on the attack.
The four dragons leap to battle as well, while the leader Sunbeast still stands there, watching.
The first cat leaps onto Nagendra, attempting to shred his wings. He flips onto his back, his great weight shoving his spines through its pelt, while crushing it. There is a quick shriek of agony, then the cat is dead. Nagendra didn't look proud of it as he rolled back to his feet, but his expression was a grim frown, accepting the fact that it had to be done.
Then the second launches itself into Shakira, trying to bite at her neck. All it got was a big mouthful of fur before Shakira made quick work of snapping its neck.
Diosa saw one particularly large Sunbeast leap for Namyre, and body-slammed it away before curling around it like a python, crushing its bones. It was dead within seconds.
As Diosa began unraveling her large serpentine body from the cat, another one slashed her frill. The tough skin resisted, but not enough for the sharp claws, and a terrible ripping-leather noise was heard. Diosa growled in pain, before slamming her tail down on the cat's back. There was a loud snap, then the Sunbeast collapsed, dead as well.
Namyre advanced on a few at a time, charging herself with electricity and slashing at the Sunbeasts. The lightning raced through the enemy's blood, killing them instantly and arousing the scent of ozone. One Sunbeast slashed at her eye, creating a deep vertical cut on her brow and cheek that would scar forever. As more and more cats advanced, each dragon left a line of corpses behind them as they moved.
The light of battle was in the eyes of each dragon, and the adrenaline levels of just one of them would have been more than enough to kill ten deer. Claws were flying, tails whipping, along with the occasional burst of a breath weapon. When about half of the cats were dead or dying, some began retreating into the forest.
The leader Sunbeast was furious. "What?! You dare defy me! COWARDS!" He sounded thoroughly astonished. "I'M FINISHING THISS!" And he leaps for the four dragons. All of the other Sunbeasts freeze to watch.
Shakira breathes a big cloud of electricity-filled fog in his face, blinding him. Nagendra shot a blast of blue flame, which rippled down the big Sunbeast's mane like water, singing the fur and creating a stench that blocked the sense of smell to the Sunbeast. The cat was howling in pain, and fell to the ground, pawing harshly at his face. Diosa sprung forward and landed on top of him, pinning the beast to the ground.
Seeing their leader defeated, the other Sunbeasts yowled in retreat and they all fled the battlefield and into the woods, leaving their fallen comrades behind.
Namyre stepped calmly toward the wimpering beast. "You have been a bad kitty," she hissed into his ear. "Diosa, could you move away please?"
The big dragon slithered off of the beast in reluctant comply, and turned with the other two dragons to watch. Namyre stands tall, and announces loudly, "The Arkene territory belongs to dragons. We will all remember this battle, and henceforth its legacy will travel generation after generation." Then she leans down and says to the Sunbeast, "And dragons will never be forced to bow to another's whims." The beast cringed, and rightly so.
Namyre charges up with pure lightning, and it lanced in great arks over her. Without a word, a bolt as wide as her forearm shot from her maw, striking the Sunbeast head-on. There is a blinding flash and a powerful shockwave, and then the leader Sunbeast's body is vaporized on contact.
"We will go now," she says. "There is nothing more we need here. Take as many corpses as you like, but you're carrying them." Shakira sets a few onto her back, and Diosa eventually fits two in her mouth.
Nagendra asks, "Um, Namyre? May I speak to you in private before we lift off?"
"Of course," she says, and walks off with him to the edge of the battlefield. "What do you need?"
He stutters, "Er, um... I have to leave..."
"Why?" Namyre asks. "You haven't stayed long."
"I... I don't think life in the clan is right for me. I like being a wild dragon better."
"But..." Namyre starts. "But I was just hoping... That we could..." She looks down.
"Be together?" Nagendra finishes. "In all honesty, I like you, and the dragons where you make your home are wonderful friends, but the life of a clan dragon isn't right for me. I'm destined to live wild."
Namyre is silent. She liked Nagendra a lot, enough to want to be his mate... But that couldn't happen if he left. She turned angry. "How? How are you destined to be wild, Nagendra?"
His temper dropped to a confused state. "I can't explain. I—I just can't stay. I have to find my own place, and be free."
"It's not like I'll hold you prisoner in the cove!"
"I know, I know! I just can't stay there, I'm sorry, Namyre."
"Well, fine. Just walk out on the clans. On me! Not like you could stay, what with your destiny and all!" She felt really bad about her outburst, but what could she do? Nothing. She looked into his eyes and asked in a hushed voice, "But where will you go?"
Nagendra hurriedly tells her directions to a distant land, where the sun beats down all day, and the land is hills of bleached sand. To cliffs of sandstone, and caves of glass. "I do hope you visit me," he says.
"Why should I be the one to visit you?" Namyre got angry again.
Nagendra sighs, and takes flight with a rush of air. He was almost out of Namyre's hearing distance when he muttered, "Females..."
"Males..." She hissed to the empty air. And she turned and ran back to Diosa and Shakira.
Shakira started, "Where's Nag—"
"He left," Namyre said shortly, cutting her off.
Shakira narrowed her gaze, then Diosa rolled her eyes. Diosa said, "Then let's go, shall we?"
The three dragons flew back home, Namyre in a foul mood the whole way. They were welcomed home heartily, and all the dragons feasted on Arkenian Sunbeast, except Namyre, who went to her cave and sulked after taking care of her wounds.

Chai recovered from his wounds, which still scar his scales, but ever since he was brutally attacked that second time, he fell asleep more often and for longer periods of time. He and the Fire dragon Esmeralda had three children: Xiao Ming, Mei Mei, and Jai Ki.
Diosa fell in love with a mute dragon named Anix, but they had only one surviving child: Dionysis. Afterwards, Diosa was killed by an evil phantom who poisoned her blood. Anix was so upset, he willingly stopped his own heart, and left his Dionysis to a water dragon named Kaylie.
Namyre did eventually visit Nagendra in the glass caves. Upon returning home, she bore his eggs. Four in total: Zenith, Nadir, Lazuli and Lark. To this day, Nagendra has yet to see his children in person. Namyre gained the ability to speak to him in her dreams, and they meet often in the Realm of Unreality.
The Crimson Dragon Clan lives on, and will always befriend new dragons who happen to pass by. The cove is a wondrous place to live, with a clear lake and waterfall, plenty of room to run around, caves dotting the walls, and protected from all sides. The dragons occupying said cove are accepting and compassionate, and don't hesitate to lend a helping claw to those who need it. They will welcome you as well.
