Aiden smiled and nodded "Yeah. Let's..." he stood, holding Raven's hand, and he pulled her up with him and wrapped his arm around her waist "Now, if I step on your toes, just remember that I'm a fighter, not a dancer." he warned with a grin.

Kieran bolted when Tami said go, his mucles rippling under his pelt, propelling him across the ground. He stayed neck and neck with Tami, holding a steady pace with her. He looked sideways at her and gave her a wolfish grin, wondering if she was really going her limit, or if she was taking it easy.

Raven smiled back at Aiden before standing up with him, putting her right hand on his right shoulder, and then putting her left hand in his right hand before hearing the rest of what he said. She giggled a bit and then started to dance by swaying a bit.
"That's okay since I'm not that good either and I won't judge you if you do step on my toes by accident," she said in reply as she continued to sway back and forth.

Tami looked back over at Kieran with her own smile before speeding up more to get more ahead of him. She loved to run and now she showed it with how fast she ran through the woods on the rest of the way to the lake.

Aiden began to sway with Raven, moving his feet in somewhat jagged movements at first, but gradually getting into the feel of the gentle movement and stepping more gracefully in time with the soft music.
"Well, so far so good." he said with a grin after a moment or two "Neither of us has stepped on the other's toes yet."

Kieran took a gulp of air as Tami shot ahead, and he forced his legs to propel him faster across the ground. After a short ways, he definitely decided he was not as quick and lithe as Tami was. Her small feet beat the ground rapidly and lightly, almost making her fly, while his big feet pounded the ground after her, ripping up leaves and dirt as his nails sunk into the ground to give him enough traction just to keep up.
Presently, he saw the glimmering waves of the lake as the trees broke away.

Raven giggled a little bit when she heard what Aiden said about their dancing being so far so good and just nodded before she had her complete attention be on their dancing movements once again. She was having a lot of fun and she was glad that both her dad and mom had taught her how to dance so that she could do it now with her mate.

Tami slowed a bit when she noticed that they were nearing the lake and also so that Kieran could catch up with her easier. When she got to the lake but not the place that they had gone to a couple of times now, she shifted back to her human form, and waited for him to catch up to her as she let the breeze coming off of the lake water play with her hair.

Aiden pulled Raven in closer as they both focused on the music and the steps. He breathed in the scent of her hair and was glad that it was a slow song they were dancing to; he didn't have to focus so much on the steps. He just wanted to hold her close and make this moment last as long as possible.

Kieran loped after Tami for a while longer, then he shifted into his human form before catching up to her all the way. He caught a strand of her flying hair and pushed it back with the rest of her hair, letting his fingers caress it's silky softness for a moment while his eyes lingered on hers, fascinated with how the moonlight seemed to make her eyes glow.
"Do we...want to just sit here on the beach, instead of going to our usual spot?" he asked.

As Aiden pulled her in closer, Raven wrapped her arms around his neck and breathed in his scent as he seemed to do with her hair.
"I love you," she said after a few minutes of contented silence between them. "I just want to stay here forever while being close like this."
Although she said what she did in her last statement she knew, with some regret, that they couldn't since they had patrolling to do along with whatever else they had to do as warriors.

Tami turned to look at Kieran as she felt his fingers push a stray strand of her hair back with the rest of it in the braid it was in and while she listened to what he asked her.
"I'm fine with either one," she said in reply while still looking into his eyes with the help of the moon shining down on them in order to illuminate the area.

Aiden smiled and pressed his face close to Raven's "Me too." he said in answer to both her statements. He swayed gently with her, closing his eyes and just soaking in the moment.

Kieran nodded "Well, let's just sit here then." he took her hand and sat down on the sand, pulling her down next to him and wrapping his arm around her shoulders, pulling her in close to him.

Raven continued to sway with Aiden, smiling happily after hearing what he had said in reply to her two statements since his response made her even happier than she was earlier.

Tami nodded in reply to what Kieran said before she was pulled down to sit beside him on the beach. When she was pulled in closer to him, she rested her head on his shoulder and just looked out at the moonlight shining down on the lake's surface.

ts to the next morning

Raven was still sleeping the next morning, not wanting to get up just yet. She cuddled a bit closer to Aiden and hoped that he wouldn't wake her up or get up and leave her by herself. They had gotten back from the clearing just outside of camp a bit late and as soon as they reached their hut, she had gotten under the buckskin covers on the bed and fallen straight to sleep without getting dressed into her night clothes.

Tami was still sleeping the next morning, not wanting to get out from under her covers and wake up since she wasn't ready to do that just yet. She wanted to sleep as long as she wanted and hoped that no one would knock on the door, looking for her.

Aiden sighed as Raven squiggled next to him, waking him up. He didn't move though and he kept his arms wrapped around her, like they had been all night long. He wanted to hold her all day long if he could. There were other people who could do patrol today.... but, Kieran would probably kick his butt if he didn't get up and do his job. Still though, he could afford to stay there in the warm furs with Raven for a little longer.

Kieran was awake bright and early, but he stayed in bed with Tami. He propped himself up on one elbow and simply just stared at her while she slept. She was so peaceful, so beautiful, so delicate....like an angel. He knew that the time was ticking away, that he should find Aiden and go on patrol, and Tami should and would have to tend to her duties soon but..... not just yet. Right now, he just wanted to let her sleep and watch her do so. It was mesmerizing.

Raven reluctantly woke up a few minutes later, knowing that they would have to get up and do their warrior duties. She didn't want to do that today but she also didn't want to get in trouble with their alphas if they didn't do their usual morning patrolling duty. She figured that they could just get back into bed later and take a small nap but there was also Scamp and Felix to take care of first before they got back into bed.
"Morning," she said after yawning a bit and rubbing her eyes. "Guess we have to get up and go patrolling now."

After a few minutes longer of sleeping, Tami woke up while stretching a bit as well as rubbing her eyes and yawning. After she was done doing all that, she looked over and saw that Kieran was awake and looking at her. She smiled at him before sitting up and kissing him softly on the lips.
"Morning," she said after she pulled back from her soft kiss and as she had her right hand stroke his left cheek.
