Well, there are still romantic options for your characters. I can't count the number of RPs I've been in where my characters are queer but had no romantic options open because everyone else was straight. I'm not straight but I've had plenty of straight characters (and queer characters in straight relationships).
What you're going through is the reverse of what all of the LGBTQ+ people in this thread go through. Trust me, you'll survive. Your characters still have options.

...just had a quick glance through the new posts and are there really complaints about there being "not enough straight characters"? I don't see how that's boring, is it not more fun to have more variety in the possible match ups? And Lithe, just because you're not bi yet have a bi character does not mean you've gone well out of your way. It's very common to see straight players with queer characters or queer players with straight characters. I don't understand how we need "more". Looking at the tallies and graph (I love tallies and graphs you have no idea!), then the largest group is actually the straight character group. Why do we need more of what is already the majority? And considering the next largest group is the bi/pan/poly group...those characters do still have the chance of winding up in a "straight" relationship of malexfemale. So the pool of possible characters for "straight" pairings actually include most of the characters. Two thirds, to be exact. And there are still two unknowns. If they end up as being bi/pan/poly/straight then that increases the pool of possibilities for a "straight" pairing to 83.3% (recurring). So, how exactly do we need more straight characters?
