Haha. So do I, but I really DON'T want to put science into "supernatural abilities" because then I'd have to worry about how the sensors work and whether the abilities are on the gender chromosome or connected to different chromosomes for each and whether or not they're dominant or split up into several different genes altogether. And if that's the case, when would the powers be manifested and does that have to do with the brain or external factors, etc etc and that just makes the whole concept of powers more complicated. Let's just say for halfies some inherit some don't.

You guys can jump in wherever you think is the most suitable Well, in my opinion I think that the reason why some halflings don't inherit Unnatural powers is because that he has more of Human blood than Unnatural blood (??) . Like how you pour water into a jar and it fills up 20% and you pour in red ink and it fills up 80%. The red ink then mixes with the water, but in the end, the red ink remains.

My brain just exploded from thinking so much @.@
