His belly is the same color as his horns, just muddier looking, his scales are black, but they all have a slight brown look, his horns are darker, and the leathery bit of his wings are deep blood red. The back sides of his wings have straight black over them. His spines are the same color as his horns.

Like this dude, but he's more elven in appearance, pointed ears, slitted pupils, higher cheek bones, ect, he;s cot a tiny chin scruff beard, and pony tail, russet eyes, and he's very tall. And sideburns
That sort of clothing style, particularly the shirt, and the coat, though not exact
