Spoiler
Naseri's Dragonfly, named after Naseri, the magi who discovered it, is the smallest known species of dragon. With the wings, coloration, and relative size of a dragonfly, they can easily be mistaken for the insect if one does not look closely. They originally only existed in the Jungles of Raza, laying their their tiny eggs in warm, stagnant ponds and puddles and feeding on small insects. They were brought back to The Keep by Naseri where they have adapted to the different climate and thrived. The adult Naseri's Dragonflies lay their eggs in the autumn and migrate back to the Jungles of Raza for the winter. The wild ones remain in the jungle while the magi companions migrate back in the warm months. In the spring, the eggs hatch and the young dragons swarm like locusts throughout the warm months. Unlike locusts, Naseri's Dragonflies do not consume crops, but rather the insects harmful to them, so they are highly valued by farmers.
Dimorphism:
The male and female Naseri's Dragonflies are roughly the same in size and coloration. The male has a spot of lighter blue on it's back and longer horns than the female
