Alright, here is a link to the horribly short masterpost I made. It has links to resources etc. for the session, including god tier and land tests etc. the homestuckresources is good as they have actual masterposts of useful stuff, so I would suggest having a look at those.

I'm looking into tabletop games that could be adapted to Sburb, like d&d and Fate, I dont know much about either of those games but I thinking learning about them and adapting them will be easier than reinventing the wheel, by the looks of things that means I will be the Game Master, which means I will be unable to be a player :( but I'll be all the npc's and the first guardian (just call me DOC PAIN).
