Ignore the title, it's six in the morning, I haven't slept, and I figured we could all write some poetry! The rules are simple. Each person writes one or two line/s. Tada! And it can just keep going around. So, without a further ado, let it commence!

as if they could refuse, they bickered,
as if they could change the way the stars said it to be

Shadows flowed, fire danced,
Snow fell and dark will the night be

"Ignore the fates," the fire crackled,
"If you ignore wind's call, it can't sweep you away..."

Let the wind beneath your wings and it shall lead,
In the wind you shall fly, against the wind you shall sway

So they say, so they say; the wind's a-howling,
calling for your blood, calling for your flight--do you listen, do you listen?

Soar above the skies, the trees shall sing,
The wind blows and everyone's enlightened.

she's a fickle petty thing: do not her song embrace

Anger the wing, and nothing shall be gained
