Powers: Sylph of Time powers so lots of creative potential here... potential for time travel shenanigans, creating time or creating through time (i.e. healing a wound by speeding up time around it up to healing a whole timeline or creating little pockets of time, etc etc), flight, Semi-immortality (if death is heroic or just then she dies for good)...I think that's it. What she knows she has at the moment is just this crazy accurate internal clock, everything else i mentioned is just possibilities. *shrugs*
