Hello and welcome to the OOC for the Ravenwood Dogs rp! Here, you can discuss about stuff and sign up for the rp!


Here is the form to join. You can rework it in any way you'd like, but don't remove anything from it. (unless it is an optional fill-in)

I only have two requests: Please separate your characters in different posts! (Ex- my char forms) And, Please don't post your forms on the main thread! That'll cause clutter a little.

**Keep in mind that this pack has only been here for three seasons at the moment, so you'll need to have loner/pet/etc backstories for things to make sense.

Name -- Noah

Gender. Male

Age. 2.5 Years

Breed. Tricolor Border Collie

Rank. Semi-leader (Leads the pack, although the pack itself chooses any needed ideas/etc)

Personality. Chill, but knows when he needs to be a leader. He is also a cheerful, friendly dog.

Neck apparel. Wears a red bandanna to remind him of the farm that he lost.

Spirit Crow. A Fire Elemental. It has crimson eyes.

He was adopted from a shelter by a human who had owned a farm. He had used to herd sheep into their pens, chickens into their coop, and everything else a sheepdog would do. He lived on the farm for about a year, but it only got worse after that. Wherever his human was sending the produce to, they stopped accepting them and got shut down. Without his human getting any money, he couldn't keep the farm for much longer. He sold it to another person, and begged Noah to come with him to find a new house, which would look much worse than the home he used to have. He refused to leave and stayed with the farm, but eventually, the new humans who had moved in kicked him out from under the porch. Without a human to go back to (since he didn't know where he had gone), he moved to the city. He had found out that other dogs have also had been kicked to the curb, as well. He decided to create a pack where no one would be able to be heart-broken, and here we are now.

Name -- Raya

Gender. Female

Age. 1.7 years

Breed. Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix)

Rank. Kayyo . no longer an apprentice

Personality. A bubbly, happy little dog. She never seems to have a frown on her face.

Spirit Crow. A Forest Elemental. It has clover-green eyes.

She was found on the sidewalk on a cold, rainy day. She was only a puppy when she was discovered. The person who had found her had a cheeky look and wanted to sell her for money. He took her to his home and called someone. The person who he called came to his house and took Raya away. But, the police took matters into their own hands and stopped such a shady business. They arrested both of the two people who had tried to sell her and put Raya into a pound. She had lived there for the rest of her life, but it was only recently (a few months ago) that she had escaped and know about Noah's big idea. She wanted a new start to life and was one of the first dogs to join his pack.

Age. 2 years

Breed. Husky/wolf hybrid

Personality. Due to Saghani's past, she is independent and is slow to trust another dog, but she is fiercely loyal to her pack.

Backstory. The day Saghani was adopted from the shelter, it was the best day of her life. She had seen her brothers and sisters adopted one by one until she was the only one left. Saghani thought for sure no one would ever want her. The day came and she finally found her forever home. When she first arrived at her new home, she was showered with love and affection. However, as she started to grow, she could smell the family becoming more fearful of her. She never understood it; she had never done anything wrong. Her family started keeping her outside longer and longer, something she had never been subjected to before. One day when the baby of the family came out to play in the backyard where Saghani was kept, Saghani ran to her, excited to play. The family took this as an aggressive act and yelled at Saghani for what she had done. They released Saghani into the wild later that day, stating they could not keep a wild animal any longer. Saghani did not understand. All she had done was love the family and now she was being tossed out like the garbage. After wander the woods for a year, she found the Ravenwood pack and decided to join them, even if she did have a hard time trusting others, humans or dogs alike.

Name -- Silas

Gender. Male.

Age. Three years.

Breed. German Shepherd Wolfdog.

Rank. Menno.

Personality. Silas is very hard headed, and tends to stick to himself. He doesn't mind other dogs, he just prefers to be a bit of a loner. He is very dedicated to his pack, and his job in the pack.
He's got a very short fuse to a bad temper. It takes a while for him to warm up to someone, though when he does, he can be a sweetheart. The only dog who has seen his sweet side is his sister, Kamari. Very protective of his sister,
and anyone he gets even remotely close to. His need to protect gets in the way sometimes - tends to turn into jealousy.
He enjoys spending his spare time bathing in the sun, sometimes with minimal chitchat.

Backstory. Silas was born and raised on a wolfdog farm, where they bred and sold wolfdog puppies specifically for profit. He was the biggest pup in his litter, and was the leader of his siblings. He grew a very strong attachment to the runt of the litter, his sister, Kamari. He was with his family for a few months, until Silas and his sister were adopted by a hunting family. Silas didn't agree with the harsh training they were giving his much smaller sister, and his constant retaliation and rebellious attitude become too much. Being a wolf dog, it was much harder for his family to get rid of him. They figured with his attitude, it would be best if they released Silas into the wild to embrace his wolf side. He wandered alone for months, when he finally found the Ravenwood pack and joined them. He hopes to one day reunite with Kamari.

Neck apparel (opt). Silas wears a chain link collar loosely around his neck. Could remove it if he wanted to, but it was passed down from his father to him.

Gender. Female.

Age. Three years.

Breed. German Shepherd Wolfdog.

Rank. Loner - for now.

Personality. Kamari is a very gentle, sweet dog. She's very good at staying positive, though when she does let things get her down, she's often stuck in her depressed moods. Very affectionate and full of energy. Doesn't always know the difference between a good and a bad time for things. She's a quick learner, and does well with hands on learning rather than constant testing of her skills.

Backstory. Like Silas, Kamari was raised on a wolfdog puppy mill. She always looked up to her brother. She had never bonded with anyone like she bonded with Silas, and was nothing but thankful when her and her brother were brought into the same family together. Silas excelled in their hunting training, where Kamari struggled. She was the perfect family dog for them, and with the proper patience and training, she could have become an amazing hunting dog. Shortly after her humans released Silas into the wild, Kamari began to dwell and sank into a pit of depression. The humans welcomed another wolf dog into their family, who had her beat in both pet qualities and hunter qualities. It wasn't long after they brought the wolf dog into the family that Kamari found herself in the same predicament as her brother. She hopes to one day find him again, but until then, she wanders the trees and welcomes the loneliness.

Name -- Gaia

Gender. Female

Age. 3 yrs

Breed. German Rottweiler

Rank. Menno

Personality. Gaia at first glance looks like she would tear someone's head off for simply looking at her funny. Which isn't far from the truth, Gaia will snap or seriously injure anyone who tests her patience. She tends to be cautious of others she's unfamiliar with especially new pack members. In turn, this makes her a bit anxious and shy since she's unsure of them. Despite this Gaia is a very loyal soul and will stand with her family and friends to the bitter end no matter if they are right or wrong. Gaia tends to take her tasks seriously and when finishing a job she doesn't play around. She is driven by instinct most of the time when making personnel decisions. Because of Gaia's unwavering loyalty, she is also very protective especially with pups and elders, despite her dislike of pups.

Backstory. Gaia grew up being the only pup to survive to the tender age of 2 years in what many would describe as a pit. She had been torn away from her mother the moment she was weened. Gaia was then put through training. Every waking minute she wasn't eating or sleeping was doing training. Once she had turned 2 she was thrown into dog fights. She has earned her "master" a lot of money she did this for a year until one day her cage had been left unlocked. she navigated her way through the building until she found sunlight, something she never saw before. She wandered for a few days quickly finding the forest and the Ravenwood Dogs she then joined them despite the almost instinctive urge to sink her teeth into them. She has managed to keep it out of her thoughts for a while now.
