other sites that encourage creativity?

i didn't really know how to express myself properly in the subject title
anyways
i love drawing and being creative and i especially love it when websites and its users (such as Magistream) encourage it

what other websites like magistream is a great place to submit/create/show art and where other users do it too? not like deviantart but more like adoptables and stuff like that

There is a site called Khimeros I used to frequent. I enjoyed their art style and they had a pretty creative community. I haven't been there in a long time, but perhaps check it out?

By the way, I love your signature's gif! Did you make it?
