I have to say my favorite would be pickles, just because I grew up eating them all the time

Definitely corn or peas! I remember going to Benson Farm and picking up a bunch of corn with my Dad. It was always the highlight of my summers! Even today, I can never resist corn on the cob.
Pickles are definitely a close third! It's always hard for me to wrap my head around that there are people in this world who don't like pickles... To each their own, I guess, eh?

Pickles should count. It's basically just a vegetable prepared in a certain way.

I personally like radishes and bitter gourds.

never thought i'd say it but probably red sauerkraut... also broccoli if there's dip or sauce to go with it. and i can never resist a big jar of baby dill pickles.

one time my brother brought home a jar of pickles and told me they were regular dill... then my face felt like it was melting off. i was surprised i didn't wake anyone up with how loud i reacted ^^;; turns out they were GHOST PEPPER dill pickles... it's hilarious in retrospect, but i was so mad at the time! now i always check the jar three or four times, just to be safe.
