It depends on what OS you have. Assuming you have a Windows machine, most Windows computers come with MS Paint. Open the pictures in that program, then click the "image" option up at the top, then "stretch (or resize)/skew". Don't mess with the options for a diagonal, just use the first options. Tell it somewhere between 30 and 35 percent is usually good. Then, click "file" and choose "save as"- and give it a new name. You don't want to save over the originals in case you still need to tweak it.
