You can do it anywhere with wireless internet. Your home, a library, McDonalds... I don't know any specific places that offers wifi compatible with the DS but you need WEP security to make it work. Or if you have a DSi you can use WPA. Or a Nintendo Wifi USB connector if you have one.

I don't think I ever really asked for it. My parents just came home one day with a Pikachu N64.
I only have one memory of it, and that memory consists of me yelling at Pikachu to stop throwing tissues around my room.
To this day, I get happy when I knock out pikachus. No one messes up my room but me.
