Re: Monstrous Poems
Star Eyes, Star Eyes
tell me shining star
lies
flee into the star skies
time flies
star dies
tell me shining star
lies
flee into the star skies
time flies
star dies
Re: Monstrous Poems
Would you like to hear the Truth?
The things I always try to hide?
Or would you rather hear again,
the things I told you when I lied?
:Alternate Take:
Would you like me to tell the Truth,
This knowledge that I can't deny?
Or do you want to hear once more
the same old hateful, dying Lie.
The things I always try to hide?
Or would you rather hear again,
the things I told you when I lied?

Would you like me to tell the Truth,
This knowledge that I can't deny?
Or do you want to hear once more

Thanks to the thread "Write a poem about whatever is next 2 u"
Sitting quiet by my side
Beauty deep within resides
Old and wise and dignified
All it needs to be awoken,
A spell that's written,
Never spoken
Stretching hands toward it's keys
But what unlocks it's voice is me
Piano
Sitting quiet by my side
Beauty deep within resides
Old and wise and dignified
All it needs to be awoken,
A spell that's written,
Never spoken
Stretching hands toward it's keys
But what unlocks it's voice is me

Have Faith
My Love,
Have Faith
Shed no tears of loss
For what was never got
No need forgive what is not sin
Look only to the heart within
Have Faith
My Love,
Have Faith
My Love,
Have Faith
Shed no tears of loss
For what was never got
No need forgive what is not sin
Look only to the heart within
Have Faith
My Love,
Have Faith
Re: Monstrous Poems
Eyes that cannot see
Ears that cannot hear
Nose that always seeks
Paws that stagger ever onward
Tail that always waves
Heart that ever Hopes
Home that always loves
Ears that cannot hear
Nose that always seeks
Paws that stagger ever onward
Tail that always waves
Heart that ever Hopes
Home that always loves

Her empty eyes began to swell
with tears that never seemed to fall.
The mourning bells began to toll
as raindrops slowly trickled
It seemed to her the world did weep
for the death of the Black Widow Spider

Hello Darling,
I just wanted to tell you your poems are simply marvelous! I do enjoy reading them. However, I must ask, are you feeling alright? Your poems are quite sad. If you are fine, I am glad that is so. But darling, if you're not, would you like to talk to us (the commenters), to vent a bit more?
