Re: take a word
Waiting
The sun shines, summer
The air hot, always
You look up, wondering
When does it all end?
Water boiling outside
Forests burning
What shall we do? - you decide
We're waiting
We're waiting until the summer ends
We're waiting for the sun to fade
We're looking forward to a winter's day
Look, everything is far ahead
You know, there's something
For us to wait
You know if there's anything
For us to wait
So we are waiting
And we are waiting
Until the summer ends.
The sun shines, summer
The air hot, always
You look up, wondering
When does it all end?
Water boiling outside
Forests burning
What shall we do? - you decide
We're waiting

And we are waiting
Until the summer ends.
Anything
It doesn't mean anything
if you say it without meaning
It doesn't mean anything
if you treat us like we aren't something
Lost in the dark,
we look for anything
Lost in the past
we need anything
It isn't anything
if you treat us like royalty,
because we are a shadow,
not really anything.

Re: take a word
Royalty is merely found by family
A lottery of birth
Yet bloodline define's one's character rarely
As we all come from the earth
If we behave justly
Vanquished will be corruption
Committing war, why must we-
Yearn for peace again

Re: take a word
Justly
You did it justly
Or so you believe
My broken heart
Never to see relief
I gave myself
to you and you alone
You gave yourself
Or at least I though so
I loved you
You were my only
You said you loved me
But now I'm lonely
You did it justly
Or so you believe
My broken heart
Never to see relief
I gave myself
to you and you alone
You gave yourself
Or at least I though so
I loved you
You were my only
You said you loved me
But now I'm lonely
I'm on Dragon Cave too! My Scroll
My MagiStream babies here say hi!

Re: take a word
The girl watches him
She sees his false love aimed at
Another victim
She remembers when
She was that oblivious
To his blatant lies
Now she smiles wide
Raising her sniper rifle
And fires a shot
It hits his temple
He hits the ground, blood pooling
Justice has been served
(wow, that took a dark turn)

Re: take a word
Lies
You're kidding me
It can't be true
Cause they're easy to tell
But easy to see through
I'm telling you
I don't believe it
Just stop telling lies
Or leave me alone for a bit
You expect me to believe that?
It doesn't seem that real
Now listen here, and probably fear
That the truth should be your ear's only meal
But some lies count
Like numbers ever so
When exaggeration is your only friend
The reality your foe
So you've learnt your lesson
Sing it with pride
Though remember this
Lies are truths just dyed (a different color)

Reality
It sits there
It probably hates me
It likes to stab me with its painful knife
So I hide
Hide in my fictional world
Hoping
That my world
Takes reality's place
It sits there
It probably hates me
It likes to stab me with its painful knife
So I hide
Hide in my fictional world
Hoping
That my world
Takes reality's place

Re: take a word
Hoping
Do you believe in magic?
I'm hoping it exists
Cause reality is toxic
I'll hope that it received fantasy's hiss
Are you afraid of me?
I'm hoping we all are
I'm hiding a hideous face
Of a sunken fallen star
Of course I can't call myself bad
I'm hoping I say sorry
To poor me and everything
About my own worries
I'm hoping for another chance
To love my life without anything
That's bad or stings or says bad things
Love yourself, offer yourself a dance
Don't feel bad
Just think some more
What could we do
To love ourselves, people all?

Star
Stars are shiny gold.
They can also be blue, but
Internet's cooler.

Re: take a word
Gold
I used to be greedy
Ever wanting precious metals
But I learnt something important
Riches aren't always gold
Same as a day
Every second means a diamond
And an hour means a millennium
For a little fly
One year is forever
Twenty tons of silver
Two decades equals every emerald
Ever stolen from the ground
Be a dragon
Hoard something
Perhaps not crystals
Or special metals
Maybe in the future
Collect time
There will be great things most liekly
But preserve the moment now
All I have to say
Is this:
Time is golden.
I used to be greedy
Ever wanting precious metals
But I learnt something important
