Age: around 18, appearance-wise

Gender: male

Appearance:Asher has greyish skin which looks mottled and sickly, and extreme bags under his eyes. Said eyes are yellow, and his pupils can be dilated like a cat's, although are not used for vision purposes: he uses them to intimidate. His hair is about shoulder length, and is tangled, unkempt, and very greasy. His nails are long and deliberately sharpened, and are a rather unhealthy yellow. He wears baggy pants that appear most like sweatpants, but aren't quite, and he wears a too-big long-sleeved shirt along with some unusual bracelets and necklaces. His shirt is gray and his pants are black, and the bracelets are leathery with silver ornaments on them. The necklaces appear to be silver with gemstones as the ornaments. He doesn't wear shoes, his feet being calloused (his masochistic personality also contributes to this).

Asher is not very tall, standing at about 5'4" (he's rather touchy about this). He often wears a sneer or a smirk, and laughs easily, revealing he has very sharp teeth, in two rows on top and bottom rather like a shark. He does not eat physical food, and therefore his teeth and mouth are some of the few body parts that are clean. The inside of his mouth and tongue is a lighter gray than his skin. His overall build is rather thin, almost skeletal. However, if you get into a fight with him, speed and agility make up for less strength. His expertise with close-combat weapons is also a determining factor in fights--he carries on him two knives (one at each hip) and his "claws".

Personality: Above all, Asher is a masochist and a sadist. He enjoys pain and adores seeing others in pain, although he prefers mental torment for others and physical pain for himself. He does not generally intentionally harm himself, instead allowing foes to harm him to enjoy the effects. He will avoid blows that would slow him down, remain for more than two months, or would be fatal. Apart from this, he is unbelievably cruel and will do anything to push your buttons. You can also very easily get him to laugh, generally with self-deprecating jokes or by crying/whimpering. He is prone to act as though he is praising his victim for a few minutes, slowly changing his compliments to derogatory statements so artfully that its almost hard to catch until his insults make you miserable. In most tasks, Asher is surprisingly careful and meticulous.

Despite his eagerness to be cruel to Dreamers and other Nightmares, he is generally neutral to animals, and in rare cases is friendly to them.. He occasionally has one at his side, a feline reminiscent of an Earthen panther. Unlike a panther, it has four yellow eyes and two tails. This animal, dubbed Remnant by Asher, is one he has known for a long time. They have a mutual trust, and Remnant will perform tasks for Asher in exchange for an easy meal, but Remnant will wander off without hesitation if she is uninterested or doesnt care to spend time with Asher. Asher does not look for her, and lets her come and go as she pleases, and will only assist her in the event of a life-threatening injury. Otherwise, she can easily fend for herself.

Food: Asher feeds off of mental pain/torment/despair from Dreamers only.

Powers: Going along with his food, he has the ability to sense levels of pain/torment in a person's mental state, and has the ability to influence his victims with his words, insulting and degrading them and poking fun at their insecurities or painful memories to get his food.
Other: i am almost irritatingly literate so don't you worry bud

Heyy welcome! It's nice to see fresh meat new people around here!

I honestly have no idea where anyone is except my own characters, but Nuzz is stuck in time waiting for a player who hasn't been on since August. So there's that? *shrug* I'll get a post up when I get the chance to, by the way.

EDIT: Apparently I can't read or was going on a past memory.. They were last on mid-April. So that's not too bad. Fingers crossed they return.
