Anyway, this beautiful little creature is no bigger then the palm of you hand, and there is dimorphism between the two. I have sketched both a Male and Female. They both have the required two claws, tails and Wing Sets and both are Elegant and Graceful.
The pictures are slightly too big and they are put sideways, but you should get the idea...

Now i Suck at Colouring, but i have the basic sketches. Both will be a Greenish like colour, but the male will be brighter with slighter darker and strategically placed stripes. The female will be A darker green without stripes. The Wings are like insect wings, and look a bit like oil when hit by the light (faded and shiny rainbow colours). The tail feathers on the Male are extremely brightly coloured, (but i'm Unsure what colours,) while the Female has the same colours but in more pastel or Dull tones.
The tongue on Each gender has different properties. The males Tongue is coated in a Paralyzing Agent, making it easier to Catch prey, while the Female has a Numbing agent, helping heal wounds. The saliva from both genders are used by magi's for a variety of medical uses. The tongue is Green on the Female and Yellow on the Male.
I have vague ideas about making different region set, like dessert (yellows browns) or Tundra (White Blues) but they may never get coloured...
