Appearance: A tiny gash across the fabric of time, contained within a crystal. You could describe the stone as black, with the edges shifting color, but the center seems to contain literal nothingness and the edges look suspiciously like the surroundings being warped slightly.
Description: Made from rare crystal shards fused with phoenix feather down, resurrection horse fire, and moebian fox fur, the restoration crystal can be used to power a spell that returns a creature back to its hatchling stage. The crystal is consumed in the process.
